[Korea Selected financial newspaper reporters - said re-elected Hongik University professor Kim Gyeongho opened the 34th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Citibank Korea 30, Seoul multihull headquarters outside directors of the term one year.
He also appointed a new Lee Mihyeon Yonsei Law School professor outside directors of the term of two years.
Dividends were confirmed to 114.6 billion won (360 won per common).
Last year, net income of Citibank reported a 212.1 billion won (before loan loss reserves reflect), 230.3 billion won (after reflecting loan loss reserves).
