Our card 'second term customer panel' ceremony



[Gimseunghan financial newspaper reporter Korea. Our card is held the "second phase Customer Panel ceremony 'at the 14th Gwanghwamun headquarters.

The 2nd Customer Panel composed of 30 is operated by the two groups 'online panel, panels offline' activities during the six-month period.

Online panels are operating at 20 to 20 college students, it is proposed to consumer feedback by participating in product design process of our card and create a new experience, such as reports.

Offline panels are operated by 10 people consisting of various professions. From ages 30 to 50 workers housewife, and participate in marketing activities from product design process, monitor customer service levels throughout and suggests improvements through an objective assessment.

It will participate in the other two groups both through product improvements derived terms, service comparisons, all business areas improved process monitoring activities, such as product sales.

Our card official said, "been trying to realize customer satisfaction through customer panels institutions, financial consumer protection established charter" and "in all business areas will endeavor to make our cards out of a customer-centric."
